Ataya is just caffeine and sugar. Delicious.
Yusman mixing the ataya. You pour it back and forth between cups so it gets frothy and mixes the sugar. You do this for a long time. Instead of "cheers" you clink the bottom of the glasses, then the top, then slide the glasses down each other while saying "lama lama idea kinding kondon lama lama idea." Which basically means something like "Enjoy, smile, and have a good time."
